Planning: 12 months +

Now is the time to nail your vision for your home! Filter through your saved images that you have collated over the past few years and create a vision or mood board. Start looking at products you want to use for your renovation, prices of these products and get a good idea of what your budget looks like.

Go time! 12 months –

By this stage you want to make sure you have a budget in mind and finances approved. This is also the best time to engage with the professionals and build your dream team! This will include Architect, draftsperson, you will have also submitted appropriate paper work to council and have a builder on board.

From the ground up: 6-12 months

Hopefully the slab is on ground and framing is well underway and things are happening on site. With the skeleton of your home starting to take place, your dream home isn’t too far off now!

Interior prep: 3-6 months

Services like your plumbing, gas and electrical are all being installed now. Make sure you have tapware selected for your plumber to start! It’s now a great time to book in with our in-house designers to go through your ideas and floor plans and bring your bathroom dreams to life! Our designers will be able to identify your design style and propose a range of tile and tapware combinations that will work for your space.

Home sweet home: 3 months – Move in !

You’ll want to make sure you have contacted your TileCloud designer to make sure all your tiles are in stock and get your order processed. Keep in mind shipping can take up to 14 working days! You’ll also have to make those final decisions on cabinetry, benchtops, cornices, paint colours and more!
